Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using the Vesio iPhone app, or by accessing this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Vesio.

If you are using Vesio on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

What Vesio provides

Vesio is a personal Sentry Mode notifier. It pushes to your iPhone when Fleet Telemetry reports Sentry activity (Aware or Panic) and keeps a short local event log.

Connect Tesla is required. Vesio does not stream camera footage, does not save clips to your phone, and does not guarantee that Sentry footage will still be available in Recent Clips when you review.

Vesio requires an always-on telemetry server (operated by the developer for personal use). The iPhone cannot receive Sentry events directly from the car without that infrastructure.

No affiliation with Tesla

Vesio is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. Tesla, Tesla Model names, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.

Your use of Tesla's mobile app, vehicle, Fleet API, Fleet Telemetry, and dashcam features is subject to Tesla's terms and policies. You must comply with them when using Vesio alongside your Tesla.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be old enough to consent to these terms in your jurisdiction and to use Tesla's services if you connect a vehicle.

• Do not use Vesio while driving if it distracts you from operating your vehicle safely
• Do not use Vesio to harass others, violate privacy laws, or intercept communications unlawfully
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or overload Vesio's servers or Tesla's APIs beyond normal app use
• Do not misrepresent Vesio as an official Tesla product

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use Vesio and for complying with applicable laws, parking rules, and third-party terms.

Vesio alerts are aids only. You remain responsible for reviewing footage on the car, saving clips when appropriate, and any decisions you make based on what you observe.

• Keep Sentry Mode armed and your car online when you expect alerts
• Maintain Tesla developer billing limits so Fleet Telemetry stays provisioned
• Keep your iPhone, Tesla account, virtual key, and push permissions configured as you intend

We describe accessibility goals and known limitations on the Accessibility page on this website. That page is part of our transparency to users but does not create a separate warranty.

Disclaimer of warranties

Vesio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that push notifications will always be delivered, that alerts will arrive within a specific time, that the car will have connectivity at event time, or that footage will remain in Tesla's rolling buffer.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vesio and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, footage, property, or profits arising from your use of the app or this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vesio and its developers from claims arising out of your misuse of the app, violation of these terms, or violation of third-party rights.

Availability and changes

Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice. We may suspend or discontinue the app, telemetry server, or website at any time.

Continued use after policy or terms updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.

Intellectual property

The Vesio name, logo, app design, and website content are owned by the project authors unless otherwise noted. You may not copy or redistribute them except as allowed by applicable law.

App Store

If you obtained Vesio through Apple's App Store, Apple is not a party to these terms except as Apple's applicable App Store terms require. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Vesio.

Governing law and disputes

Vesio is operated from Israel and available worldwide. These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence require otherwise.

Courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these terms where permitted by law. Consumers in the EEA/UK and other jurisdictions may also have mandatory local jurisdiction rights.
